To complement a CSR diagnosis or upon request, the Pôle de Dakar also offers diagnoses targeting specific education system sub-sector issues. Specific methodologies have been developed to provide detailed analysis in four areas:

A specific analysis of the early childhood sub-sector in order to ensure more harmonious, equitable and efficient development.
> Non-formal education and literacy
Analysis of the sub-sector within the perspective of Education For All and Lifelong Learning.
> Technical and Vocational Education and Training
Evaluation of TVET access schemas, equity issues, quality of training, labour market relevance, etc.
> Higher education
Detailed review of the functioning of the sub-sector: efficiency of programmes and institutions, equity issues, economic relevance, etc.
